A good Spanish restaurant by the bay, Catalunya is the closest thing you can get to El Bulli in Singapore. Built in a dome-like structure, Catalunya is an attraction in its own. It sits right next to Fullerton Bay Hotel, facing the Marina Bay Sands. This is why guests on a date or celebrating a special occasion are encouraged to take a seat by the window in order to witness the grandeur of Marina Bay Sands and its lights show. Inside, Catalunya sports a modern yet noble design with its floor-to-ceiling glass décor that effectively create a very cool and romantic atmosphere.
