Din Tai Fung's Yu Sheng features sliced Norwegian smoked salmon, strips of radish, carrot, red ginger, jellyfish, pomelo pulp, roasted chestnuts, crispy yam, and pine nuts. The dish is served with a special dressing made of plum sauce.
