SERVICES & RATES:

• Normal servicing: Normal servicing is provided for maintaining and increasing the performance of your air conditioner. Servicing rate is at $40 for first FCU, and at $15 for every subsequent FCU. If you require servicing for more than 5 FCUs, the price is at $19/FCU.
• Parts replacement: Work scope includes replacing all types of parts and ensuring the smooth working of your air conditioner.
• Troubleshooting: When your air conditioner is not operating properly, SoCool engineers will come down to check it and recommend you solutions for repairing.
• Chemical servicing: This chemical wash service will help resolving any water leak issue and bad odor. Servicing rate is at $85 for one FCU, $160 for two FCUs, $230 for three FCUs, $290 for four FCUs, $350 for 5 FCUs, and $65/per-FCU for more than 5 FCUs.
• Aircon overhaul: This service is provided for increasing the efficiency and life of your air conditioner. Servicing rate is at $150 for one FCU, $280 for two FCUs, $390 for three FCUs, $480 for four FCUs, and $550 for 5 FCUs.
• Gas top up: This service is usually offered together with one of the above services to help customer enjoying coolest and freshest indoor environment. Gas topping up service price will be quoted on-site or via phone.
