Debbie’s Learning Cove is named after its founder, Mrs Debbie Wong. She was a government scholar and earned her First Class Honours and Masters in Mathematics Degree from the University of Cambridge, UK. Her passion for teaching Mathematics led her to open her own tuition centre in 2014.

Mrs Wong is well-loved by her students for her patience and evident desire to help students improve their grades. She answers questions in a way easily understood by young minds, and she never stops until she is sure that her students have learned every concept.

Highlights

Mrs Wong has taught Mathematics for more than 12 years in Singapore’s top schools such as Hwa Chong Junior College, Temasek Secondary School, and Temasek Junior College.
Classes are taught in small groups of 6 to 15 students to promote a better learning environment through expert guidance and open communication between students and teachers.
High-quality learning materials are provided to students to prepare them better for upcoming examinations. Worksheets contain the same type of challenging questions that are often included in A-Level or school exams.
Mrs Wong uses innovative teaching methods to keep students interested in their lessons. In addition, her excellent mentoring techniques keep them motivated to study, learn and earn good grades.

TRACK RECORDS:

Students became more confident in mathematics and even started to love the subject.
Nearly all the students experienced at least 2-grade improvement after joining.
Many have turned their grades around from a fail to A.
Mathematics became the strongest subject for many.
Some students have improved from average to the top of the cohort for math.

FEES: $320 to $400 per four lessons (2 hours each) + $30 registration fee
