Restaurants and Bars: In addition to a large food hall in basement 4, where you can find a variety of cuisines slightly pricier than the hawker fare outside the mall, there are other fine-dining options on levels 3 and 4, including Imperial Treasure, The Marmalade Pantry, and The Oak Cellar.
Banks and other Services: Most banks are located in the basement of ION Orchard, while a dry-cleaning store, a flower shop, and a Singapore Airlines office are on Level 4.
