Shifting gears into overdrive with a seamless fusion of high-octane car racing, delectable gastronomy, and electrifying “live” music performances, the inaugural Sprint Fest 2023, opens FREE to the public, will blaze the trail at the picturesque beachfront and green turf venue, Sentosa Palawan Green, on 22 and 23 July 2023, from 11am to 9pm daily.
Akin to the glory days of cars whizzing by at top speeds in Kallang carpark, Sprint Fest 2023 will see the return of grassroot motorsports with the first-ever Auto Gymkhana Round at Sentosa. Featuring the preliminary rounds of the Motor Sports Singapore (MSS) Auto Gymkhana Round 1 on both days, top male and female racers in Singapore will compete in a thrilling display of skill, grit, and precision on a challenging race track designed to test their agility, speed, and control, sanctioned by Motor Sports Singapore and its esteemed panel of judges.

International Women’s Day: Atlas, Papa Doble and Nemesis

Taking over from the three mixologists at The Bar at 15 Stamford are Sylvia Chong from Atlas, Minji Bae from Papa Doble (previously known as The Old Man), and Sara Demello from Nemesis. On the menu for the evening are six delicious cocktails featuring BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin. Bartender Sylvia, from the award-winning Atlas bar, is known for her precise techniques and finesse; Min Ji from Papa Doble, No. 61 on Asia’s 50 Best Bar 2022, pushes the envelope with her progressive cocktails; and Sara, from Nemesis, is an up-and-coming mixologist with a penchant for creative flavours.

Songkran Music Festival 2023
The Songkran Music Festival (SMF) is back, and this year, the second edition of SMF has been expanded from one to two days on April 14 and 15, at Wild Wild Wet, Downtown East. Organised by NTUC Club, SMF is one of Downtown East’s signature events that showcases an ensemble of breathtaking water jet and light displays, alongside heart-pumping rhythms from international, regional and local DJs.
Tickets for the two-day night festival (SMF) start from $68 (Day-1), $88 (Day-2) and $128 (2-day pass) on www.wildwildwet.com. The Great Indian Food Festival 2020
Indian Restaurants Association Singapore (the “Organiser”) welcomes and celebrates Deepavali with the second iteration of The Great Indian Food Festival (the “Festival”) from 9th to 23rd November 2020.
Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, The Great Indian Food Festival showcases and promotes the diversity and appreciation for Indian cuisine. Incorporating elements of eat, play and learn, the Festival hopes to share joy with the community through the sharing of food and imparting of knowledge and skills.
This year, the Festival brings celebration closer to home through online events and home delivery. It also places a greater spotlight on local businesses at some of the 12 partnering restaurants around Little India.

Celebrate Smoke $ Mirrors’ Fifth Anniversary
Destination rooftop bar Smoke & Mirrors kicks off a month of celebrations for its fifth anniversary with three guest shifts over the course of November. Guests can expect creative menus of drinks from each of the award-winning personalities popping up at Smoke & Mirrors, including house favourites from the bar as well as a cocktail from each bartender specially crafted for the occasion (all cocktails priced at S$22++).
The first shift will feature Kelvin Saquilayan, Frank Hu, and Tim Rosete of Manhattan Bar on Monday, 9 November, 6 – 9 PM. The star bar team will present three cocktails from their newly launched “New York Personified” menu; the Chaplin 92 (persimmon-infused Martell VSOP Cognac, house lime cordial #3, absinthe, Peychaud Bitters, and Sujeonggwa), the spirit-forward Leather Jacket (Havana Club 7 Years Rum, bourbon whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, Mancino Rosso Vermouth, Strega and bitters) and the bittersweet Kiss and Cry (Monkey 47 Dry Gin, Campari, Mandarin Napoleon, grapefruit, lemon, egg white, and Perrier Jouët Champagne). Following the successful launch of Sky High Hawker over the National Day weekend, iconic rooftop lifestyle destination CÉ LA VI announces the second edition presenting an all-women line-up of Singapore’s brightest and most innovative chefs.
The program features renowned chefs and sensational local hawkers who have shot to fame by creating waves in their specialties. Participating chefs include Janice Wong, owner of 2am:dessertbar who has been named Asia’s best pastry Chef and Pastry Chef of the Year in the World Gourmet Summit Awards in 2011, 2013 and 2015, Petrina Loh, owner of Morsels restaurant and World Gourmet Summit Chef’s Choice (Western) in 2017 and Eugenia Ong, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Table at 7, who is known to have whipped up meals for Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and former President S. R. Nathan.
Other culinary masters with inspirational stories include Aisha Hashim, a fifth generation and current owner of Haig Road Putu Piring, which started out as a humble pushcart stall in the 1930s and was recently featured on Netflix’s Street Food: Asia, Jasmine Tan from Mui Siong Minced Meat Noodle, a stall started by three siblings named after a stall their mother first started in hope that the brand will stay strong; Claire Ariela Shen, Managing Director of Rainbow Lapis, who, since taking over the family business, has modernised, innovated and incorporated healthier ingredients in the hope of preserving the heritage of Nonya kuehs and Zirah & Ijah from the Cookoh Project, a home-based business kick-started by resourceful stay-home mums during the circuit breaker period.
The event is in collaboration with CÉ LA VI Group Executive Chef Joey Sergentakis who will be serving his BAO BY CÉ LA VI menu that launched in August 2020, a delicious East meets West fusion of bao and burger.
Guests are in for a treat as they indulge in an array of local dishes and sweet delights from the talented chefs. Each chef will showcase one of their signature offering and create one dish exclusively for this occasion.
The Sky High Hawker initiative was launched in honour of Singapore’s vibrant culinary scene, to rally the wider community to support Singapore’s local food and beverage industry during this challenging period. Guests are invited to this seated dining experience to rediscover local dishes prepared by the brightest talents in the industry, paired with innovative Peranakan- inspired cocktails in collaboration with Brass Lion Distillery.
With dishes starting at S$10, guests are welcome to enjoy a delectable spread of local cuisine while enjoying a breath-taking view of the Singapore skyline from 57 floors up at CÉ LA VI’s iconic venue, atop Marina Bay Sands.
In view of the COVID-19 situation, guests are required to check in via the Safe Entry app upon arrival and will be ushered to their seats. Guests can browse through the QR code menu and place all orders with CÉ LA VI staff to enjoy at their table. In line with social distancing requirements, each chef will be allocated to their own individual space within the venue and will be limited to no more than three dishes in order to keep preparations to a minimum. There will be no communal provision of cutlery, crockery or glassware served in the Restaurant in order to maintain the highest level of hygiene.

Singapore Food Expo 2018

Food Adventure Series – Tea Menu
This four-part food adventure series is headlined by Tiffany Wee, naturopath, nutritionist, and mindful eating teacher. The Tea Menu is the fourth and final session of this series where participants will learn more about the wonders and health benefits of drinking tea. The Great Food Festival 2017 will be the first of its kind in Singapore. This collaboration between Resorts World Sentosa and Savour Events provides the stage for 40 international celebrity chefs to showcase their craft through more than 100 signature dishes and 300 flavoursome pastries.
Featured chefs will also conduct master classes and workshops.

Singapore Coffee Festival 2017
This Singapore’s most anticipated coffee event is organized by Straits Times and DBS Bank. The festival showcases creations by Singapore’s top cafes and foreign coffee producers.
