Domestic Cleaning Service by NTUC Income

CLEANING JOB SCOPE:

• Bedrooms and living room: Mopping and vacuuming of floor; Dusting of furniture; Cleaning of mirrors; Changing of bed linen (one bedroom per week and once a month)
• Bathrooms: Cleaning and disinfecting of bathtub, sink, and toilet bowl; Washing of toilet floor and walls; Cleaning of all mirrors
• Kitchen: Mopping of floor; Wiping of cooking stove and other kitchen appliances; Wiping of exterior cabinet surfaces; Cleaning of kitchen sink
• Others: Emptying of trash; Cleaning of windows and grills (rotational basis); Cleaning of doors and metal gate (rotational basis); Ironing of clothes (Available for 4 hours service only and subject to a maximum of 10 pieces per visit)

WEEKLY CLEANING PACKAGE RATES:

• 3 hours x 4 visits per month: S$230/month (Monday to Friday); S$260/month (Saturday and Sunday)
• 4 hours x 4 visits per month: S$280/month (Monday to Friday); S$330/month (Saturday and Sunday)

NOTES: 

• Rates are applicable for floor areas of 1300 ft² and below and for a minimum service period of 6 months.
• Job scope does not include shifting of furniture, washing of dishes and clothes, packing of personal belongings, removal of post-renovation debris, as well as cleaning of ceiling, wall fans, curtain rails, high windows and grills, and exterior of windows and grills of high-rise buildings and multi-level homes.
• Cleaning products, tools, and equipment will be provided by the client.
