Highlights
- Japanese shabu shabu with a touch of European cuisine: It is a true shabu shabu concept, but with a twist. Adding Bouillabaisse broth (traditional Provençal fish stew), beef consommé broth, and a wide selection of white wine, red wine and champagne from France and Italy to the menu makes all the difference. Good for those seeking a new shabu shabu experience.
- Generous portion pork and beef hot pot sets: The shabu shabu and sukiyaki offerings come in set with three options ranging from $48 to $64. Stone grilled Ishiyaki, meat, noodles or rice, vegetables, and dessert (shaved ice kakigori) are included in each set. Those go with the beef set can opt to replace the rice-fed beef with the melt-in-the-mouth Joshu Wagyu (additional charge of $25).
MENU: The menu also includes raw food items of pork, chicken, beef, seafood, hand made balls, mushroom, vegetables and others for diners to add more flavor to the meal.
