CLEANING JOB SCOPE:

• Kitchen: Sinks, countertops and the exterior surface of appliances, kitchen wall tiles & floor
• Bathroom: Toilets, basin & tubs, bathroom wall tiles, and floors
• Windows: Only cleaning of internal surfaces, accessible and reachable area
• Others: Ironing, post-tenancy and post-renovation cleaning

SERVICE RATES:
One time cleaning

• One cleaner 4-5 hours ($100-$120), suitable for flats under 750 sq ft
• Two cleaners 3-5 hours ($160-$210), suitable for 2-3 bedroom condominiums
• Three cleaners 4-6 hours ($250-$350), suitable for 4-5 bedroom condominiums or houses
• Four cleaners 5 hours ($450), suitable for 2-3 storey houses

Weekly cleaning package (Once to three times per week)

• $320-$400/month (depending on hours) for one visit per week, 4 times a month
• $640-$800/month (depending on hours) for two times per week, 8 times a month
• $960-$1200/month (depending on hours) for three times per week, 12 times a month

There is an additional charge of $10 per session for weekend cleaning services.

NOTE:
Weekly home cleaning customers are required to provide cleaning tools and detergents.
