SERVICES:
- General Servicing: Check and clean air filter and evaporator coil; check and clear drainage pan & drainage pipe; check and test working condition of equipment; check for uncommon sound generated by units.
- Chemical Cleaning: Check and clean air filter and evaporator coil with chemical; check and clear drainage pan & drainage pipe; check and vacuum blower wheel; check and test working condition of equipment; check for uncommon sound generated by units; check and tighten electrical contacts; check compressor suction & discharge pressure and thermostat & fan bearing.
- Chemical Overhaul: Check and clean air filter; check deodorising and purifying filter; dismount and clean the evaporator coil with chemical; disassemble parts to clean with chemical; clean blower wheel and fan blade with chemical; check and clear drainage pan & drainage pipe; top-up of refrigerant gas inclusive; check for uncommon sound generated by units; check & tighten electrical contacts; check compressor suction & discharge pressure; check thermostat & fan bearing; check & test for leakages.
RATES:
- General Servicing: 1 unit at $40, 2 units at $68, 3 units and above – $25 per each unit
- Chemical Cleaning: 1 unit at $80, 2 units at $138, 3 units and above – $60 per each unit
- Chemical Overhaul: 1 unit at $140, 2 units at $268, 3 units and above – $120 per each unit
