Eight Happiness Gold Rush Yu Sheng: Specially crafted by Master Chef Leong Chee Yeng, this glorious dish features champagne jelly, salmon, olive oil and peach dressing. All the ingredients are presented nicely together with edible gold leaves, and decorated by exquisite drawings that are drawn by using olive oil and then dusted with cinnamon powder.
