Salmon Yu Sheng: This dish consists of fresh salmon, carrot, green radish, white radish, pomelo, peanut crumbs, sesame seeds, shrimp crackers, oil, pepper, and pre-mixed sauce comprising plum sauce, rice vinegar, kumquat paste, and sesame oil.
