Since its establishment in Raffles Singapore back in 1896, the Bar & Billiard Room (BBR) has undergone a transformation under the esteemed guidance of Chef Alain Ducasse. This historic venue, initially a club during the British colonial era, has been a popular social destination for both locals and tourists for over a century.

Now known as Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse, it pays homage to its rich history by retaining the original name while embracing a fresh perspective.
