Uniqlo @ Orchard Road is the Japanese brand’s biggest store in Singapore. While they are popular for adult fashion, they also carry baby and kids' clothes. Uniqlo updates its collections frequently, so the stores always have new stuff. Even though the brand also sells online, shopping at its huge store at Orchard Road is a fun experience.
Highlights:
- Simple, functional, and comfortable clothing for newborns and toddlers: Uniqlo puts a lot of emphasis on comfort, and that’s certainly the case with their clothing for babies and toddlers. They mostly use soft, breathable, gentle fabrics on the little one’s skin. The designs are also simple, with one or two colors and small prints.
- Breathable AIRism innerwear for kids: AIRism is Uniqlo’s proprietary conditioned fabric that’s high-performing and wicks moisture readily. So it’s used in their innerwear collections for adults and kids. The material is lightweight and breathable, perfect for Singapore’s humid climate.
- Huge variety that’s easy to browse: As the biggest Uniqlo store in Southeast Asia, spanning over three floors in Orchard Central, it provides an ample variety of baby and kids’ clothing. Everything is organised neatly and optimally, making finding the things you need easier.
