Valentine’s Day Experience at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung
15 Stamford by Alvin Leung goes beyond a usual candlelit dinner for Valentine’s Day by elevating the dining experience with a dance floor for couples to rekindle their love, alongside photo-taking opportunities to remember the night forever. All couples will also receive a flower to mark the occasion, while the best-danced couple will walk away with a special gift.
Priced at S$188++ per person (additional S$98++ per person for wine pairing), the five-course dinner begins with a Champagne cocktail, followed by starters such as Yuzu Mud Crab, Poached Diver Scallops, and Winter Black Truffles. Couples have a choice of Japanese Bluefish or Arita Wagyu Beef Striploin for mains. A Rosella Meringue ends the dinner on a sweet note.
Additionally, lovebirds can enjoy The Bar at 15 Stamford’s special Valentine’s Day cocktails ($24++), representing the three stages of love as interpreted by the three bartenders:
- Of Courtships and Uncertainties – a low-ABV fruity cocktail designed by Bar Manager Edriane Lim
- Ai Stead Mai – a cheeky and refreshing rum-based cocktail by Bartender Timothy Aw
- Of Heartbreaks and Make-Ups – a strong cocktail with a bitter-sweet finish by Head Bartender Poch
