Domestic Regular Cleaning: There are 2 free replacements within 6 months. Works scope includes cleaning living and dining rooms, all bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and all windows.

• For fortnightly service: Cleaning fee S$140/month, admin fee S$158
• For weekly service: Cleaning fee S$220/month, admin fee S$168
• For twice-weekly service: Cleaning fee S$420/month, admin fee S$208
• For thrice-weekly service: Cleaning fee S$620/month, admin fee S$238

Spring Cleaning: Service prices start from S$190 for cleaning kitchen and 1 bathroom to S$308 for cleaning living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. A surcharge of S$20-S$40 applies for engaging service on weekend. There is no admin fee for spring cleaning service.

Ad-hoc Cleaning: Service duties are cleaning kitchen & bathrooms, sweeping and vacuuming floor, cleaning doors & gates, cleaning balcony, wiping furniture, and tidying of rooms. Its rates are S$112 on weekday and S$128 on weekend for a 3-hour session, and S$148 on weekday and S$178 on weekend for a 4-hour session. There is no admin fee for this service.

Office Regular Cleaning: There are 2 free replacements within 6 months. The Rice Table

FEATURED DISHES
At The Rice Table, a lot of Indonesian staples are on offer. Among them, Sate Ayam (chicken satay), Tahu Telor (tofu omelet), and Daging Rendang (spicy beef stew) are outstanding. Besides, Kangkong Belachan (spicy fried kangkong), Perkedel Jagung (potato corn fritter), Rudjak Manis (Indonesian fruit salad), and Ikan Goreng (fried fish in spicy- sweet sauce) are delicious enough to be on the good side.

LOOK & FEEL
This small simply decorated restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. Played at the background, traditional Indonesian gamelan music brings true Indonesian vibes to the restaurant.

MINUS POINTS

• At peak meal hours, it is hard to get the servers’ attention.
• Desserts and drinks are not included in the paid amount for the buffet.

SONGS: Ten Dollar Club offers a wide range of popular songs including Kpop, Jpop, Mandopop, and Cantopop songs.

KARAOKE SYSTEM: The KTV uses a fully computerized karaoke system. Its sound system is not as great as its counterparts, indeed, but it is acceptable.

MENU: Rumah Makan Minang’s menu is quite small, with around 15 non-vegetarians and 5 vegetarian dishes. This restaurant is small but tastefully decorated. Contrary to its dark facade, the interior is welcoming with its chic and contemporary interior, which is hardly found in other Vietnamese restaurants in Singapore as well as in the neighborhood of Geylang.
