The idea behind Aether House, a bistro, cafe, and wine bar, is that a French dinner cannot be complete without good wine. Aether Wines & Spirits, a French wine store in Singapore, has started this cafe-style restaurant/bar with the aim of bringing some of the best French wines together with great French food.

Although a new entrant in Singapore's fine dining scene, it is quickly climbing the ranks with its tasting menu and cheese platters that perfectly complement the wines.
