There is no doubt that Keisuke Tonkotsu King, awarded the title of "King" among its counterparts, lives up to the expectations of tonkotsu ramen lovers with its excellent pork-based broth.

Founded by Keisuke Takeda, a top ramen chef in Japan, this restaurant has crowned the champion at the Tokyo Ramen Championship 2011.

Highlights:

Unbeatable tonkotsu soup: What sets Keisuke’s tonkotsu soup apart from its counterparts is its thick, milky texture and slightly salty taste. It is one of the most authentic versions of tonkotsu ramen that you can savor in Singapore.
Complimentary hard-boiled eggs and bean sprouts: Eggs always go well with ramen, and for those who love them, an egg basket is provided at each table for you to enjoy as many as you want. To keep your appetite fresh, it’s better to add some bean sprouts to your bowl.
Personalize your ramen: At Keisuke, you get to decide how your bowl of ramen is done, including the level of spiciness in the soup, the quantity of chicken oil, and the richness of the broth. In addition to customizing the soup, you can also tailor the noodles to your liking and select toppings such as pork, seaweed, and spring onions to create the perfect bowl of ramen.

SOUP BASES: There are three flavors for you to choose from: original (usual tonkotsu broth), black spicy (tonkotsu broth with black garlic oil), and red spicy (tonkotsu broth with red chili oil).
