The Shilla Duty Free Singapore (Shilla) makes its debut at Artbox Singapore 2026 with an immersive, travel-themed pop-up, “Beauty in the Air.”
Bringing the excitement of travel retail into the city, the pop-up invites visitors to discover their ideal scent, enjoy express makeovers, and explore beauty essentials through a series of interactive stations, offering a taste of the duty-free experience beyond the airport.
The journey continues even after the visit. Products discovered at the pop-up can be conveniently purchased via iShopChangi, where Shilla offers GST-absorbed prices for up to 30 days before departure and after arrival, extending duty-free shopping beyond travel.
Beauty in the Air: A Journey of Fragrance and Makeup
Inspired by the spirit of travel, visitors will begin with a “check-in” experience and receive a boarding pass. As they explore the pop-up, they can collect stamps and complete their pass to unlock exclusive rewards.
Visitors can take part in a fragrance discovery quiz to uncover their ideal scent and receive a matching sample, before heading to the express makeup bar for complimentary makeovers.
Exclusive offerings include a cloud-shaped mystery bag (福袋), priced at S$15 with beauty products worth over S$40, featuring products including Shilla-exclusive merchandise and curated beauty items. The experience culminates in a sure-win “Catch & Win” moment, where participants can walk away with attractive vouchers and prizes.
Empowering Young Makeup Artists
Shilla has partnered with students from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) to provide complimentary makeup services at the pop-up, offering them valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to engage with visitors in a real-world setting.
This initiative supports the next generation of beauty professionals while enhancing the overall visitor experience.
Tax-absorbed Shopping, Extended
Visitors can continue shopping their favourite finds on iShopChangi, where GST-absorbed prices are available for up to 30 days before departure and after arrival.
Qualifying orders of S$59 and above will also enjoy complimentary delivery, subject to participating merchants and product availability.
