On 20 April, Theo Watt steps behind the bar for a one-night-only takeover at Sky Bar, bringing with him the stories, flavours and energy of Asia’s cocktail culture. Known for his thoughtful approach to drinks, expect a menu built for the night, best enjoyed against the city skyline 57 levels above ground.
Dress Code: Dressy/Smart Casual. No slippers, sandals, beachwear, nor activewear. Gentlemen should be in covered shoes and sleeved shirts. Shorts / Smart Shorts for men are not allowed after 10pm.
