Dean Brettschneider is a globally renowned professional baker and patissier. In addition to authoring 12 cookbooks, he has also been a judge in several TV shows. He now shares his passion for baking at Brettschneider’s Baking and Cooking School, backed by a team of professionals.
Chef Jenna White, previously held a position at the Flute’s Restaurant located at the National Museum in Singapore. She was the Executive Pastry Chef.
Another professional is Jay Soh, with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
