One Raffles Place is excited to announce its health and wellness campaign titled Eat Clean, Live Free which will run from 1st to 30th June 2023. Recognising that it is not always easy to switch to a healthier lifestyle on your own, One Raffles Place (ORP) takes the lead by creating opportunities for people to take care of their physical and mental well-being together.

device and tag One Raffles Place (IG: @onerafflesplacesg FB: One Raffles Place) on your socials. Research shows that just 30 minutes of walking every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. It’s game on!

In addition, the mall’s Health Wins promotion gives shoppers a chance to enjoy cash back rewards by earning a $5 ORP e-voucher for every $60 spent via the ORP app. For that healthy exchange, One Raffles Place is also introducing complimentary hour-long workshops that will take place at the end of the workday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. They explore how certain food and drink can contribute to a
healthy lifestyle.

Participants of the Kombucha and Probiotic Benefits Workshop (21 June 2023) at Healthy Soba (#04-47) will get the chance to learn about the process behind making Kombucha, its health benefits as well as the opportunity to take home their special blend of self-made Kombucha Brew and Kombucha Eye

The Natural Goodness From the Hive Talk (27 June 2023) at Gin Khao (#04-29/30) hosted by Pearline Goh, founder of HoneyWorld®, dives deeper into the honey-harvesting process.
