4 Benefits of Acquiring a Work-Study Diploma in Singapore
A dynamic and innovative approach to tertiary education, Singapore’s work-study programmes are designed to empower students with both academic knowledge and real-world experience. These integrated courses bridge the gap between learning and industry by offering polytechnic and ITE students the unique opportunity to earn while they learn. Participating in such a programme enables students to receive practical training in an assigned workplace—and get a competitive starting salary at the same time—while also having access to structured learning in their respective institutions of higher education.
It typically takes 12 to 36 months to complete work-study diploma courses in Singapore, depending on factors such as the scope of the programme and the requirements of the job. With such a certification, you’ll have plenty of advantages and opportunities as you embark on your professional journey. Here are some of them.
It Shows That You Have Practical Work Experience
Having a work-study diploma demonstrates that you have practical experience under your belt, an attractive quality for many prospective employers. The hands-on experience you gained in these programmes allows you to put theory into practice, a capability that is crucial in real-life work scenarios. This practical exposure also empowers you to make a seamless and effective transition from the academe to the workplace.
Additionally, employers seek candidates who can contribute meaningfully to the organisation from day one and thrive in the workplace with minimal training and supervision. When they see a work-study diploma on a candidate’s resume, they immediately know that the individual possesses a deep understanding of how their knowledge and skills can be effectively used for the company’s benefit. This significantly boosts your employability. Your diploma showcases your versatility, work readiness, and determination to excel in a competitive job market, identifying you as a valuable asset to potential employers.
It Highlights Your Familiarity with Industry-Relevant Technology
Reputable polytechnics and institutes of higher learning offer work-study diploma programmes in partnership with industry leaders in Singapore. In short, you’ll have access to cutting-edge technologies, tools, and techniques that are actively utilised in the field. Once you enter the workforce full-time, you’ll be able to hit the ground running thanks to your familiarity and proficiency with these existing technologies. A work-study diploma is an assurance that you are equipped with skills that align with the current demands of the job market.
Moreover, participating in work-study enables you to develop a deep understanding of the industry’s best practices. This means you have insights into the real challenges faced by professionals in the field. Your foundation of up-to-date skills and industry knowledge also puts you in a position to eventually become an agile and adaptable employee, ready to adjust to the latest developments. Your diploma will stand out to employers who seek candidates that can make an immediate impact, contributing to innovation and progress within their organisations.
It Adds Credibility to Your Existing Qualifications
Aside from being a collaborative endeavour between respected academic institutions and businesses, work-study programmes carry their own merit. In particular, these diplomas are industry-recognised both locally and internationally, meaning that employers all over the world understand and acknowledge the value that work-study diploma holders bring to the table. This recognition gives you an edge in your job search, as it’s proof of the comprehensive training and real-world experience that you have received.
Moreover, work-study diplomas are designed to complement and enhance existing qualifications and experiences. Whether you are a fresh graduate looking to kick-start your career or a professional seeking to upskill or transition into a new field, a work-study diploma offers a pathway for continuous learning and growth. For instance, it can be used to strengthen your qualifications for a position that’s aligned with your hobbies or personal experiences. It can also prepare you for roles where you must make use of your soft skills, while retaining technical knowledge and field experiences.
It Showcases Your Desire for Personal Growth
Participating in a work-study programme is not just about earning a diploma; it is also a transformative journey that fosters personal growth and showcases one’s drive for continuous self-improvement. Aside from the acquisition of technical knowledge, work-study programmes also provide a fertile ground for developing transferable skills.
Immersing yourself in the professional world presents you with invaluable opportunities to enhance your soft skills. For instance, overcoming challenges and accomplishing assigned tasks in the workplace can boost your self-assurance and encourage you to take on bigger responsibilities. Regularly interacting with colleagues, superiors, and clients can also help you develop communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, claiming ownership of your tasks and projects can promote your sense of independence, decision-making skills, and resourcefulness. These are just some of the qualities that you can develop after having the opportunity to learn in the workplace.
Acquiring a work-study diploma is a good way to launch your professional journey and position yourself for success in your chosen field. With a well-rounded blend of academic knowledge and practical know-how from your work-study experiences, you will be poised to make an immediate impact in the workplace.

8 Things You Should Know about Your Rights as a Consumer in Singapore
Singapore is widely considered to be one of the great shopping capitals of Asia. Each year, millions of tourists head to the city-state to buy electronics, jewellery, speciality food products, luxury bags, haute couture items, and much more. With the lifting of most COVID restrictions, the value of tourism retail is expected to hit over SGD 14 billion in 2025 and is set to completely outdo pre-pandemic levels by 2025.
The city-state has managed to become a preeminent shopping centre thanks to two reasons. First, its geographic position in the Singapore Straits makes it a logistics hub for a large proportion of the world’s goods, with mass-market consumer products often being unloaded and marketed here before the rest of the world has access to them. Second, Singapore has robust consumer protection laws in place to ensure fair transactions and protect consumers’ interests.
If you’re in Singapore and are planning to do some shopping, it’s essential to be aware of your rights as a consumer. Here are several important points to know about your consumer rights when shopping in the city-state.
Pricing and Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
Distributors in Singapore are not obliged to adhere to each product’s recommended retail price (RRP). This means that the actual selling price in stores may vary from the listed RRP.
This is often beneficial for consumers. For instance, corporate procurement managers and tech tourists can purchase cheap mobile phones in Singapore, usually for much lower than the average global RRP due to local competition as well as the efficient logistics available to domestic distributors.
However, in other instances, sellers might tack on an additional premium to the price of certain items, particularly luxury goods, thanks to the extremely high local demand. With no obligation to follow an RRP, they can sell highly desirable items for as much as they want. With this in mind, it’s advisable to compare prices and shop around to ensure you’re getting the best deal.
Sales Policies
If you’re from a country that offers generous return policies, you may be in for a shock. In Singapore, most sales are considered final. This means that it’s crucial to carefully inspect anything you want to buy, preferably in person. Always check for any defects and clarify the store’s return and exchange policies before making a purchase. Keep in mind that some stores may have limited or no return policies at all for certain items such as electronics or sale items.
International Warranties
While many products come with warranties, international warranties may not necessarily apply in Singapore. If the product manufacturer does not have an authorised distributor or service centre in the city, you may be out of luck if the item you purchased turns out to be a lemon. Check with the retailer or manufacturer to determine if your desired products’ warranty is valid in Singapore or if there are any additional conditions to consider.
Finalizing the Price
When making a purchase, ensure that the price is finalized before making any payment. Some sellers may include hidden fees that might be added at the last moment, so it’s important to be clear about just how much you’re really expected to pay. Hand over your cash or card only when the price is confirmed and your purchase is ready to be handed over to you.
Receipts and Proof of Purchase
Always insist on receiving a receipt or proof of purchase for your transaction, particularly for any big-ticket items. This document is essential for any warranty claims, returns, or exchanges that you may need to make in the future. Keep your receipts safe, even in cases where you’ll have to leave Singapore, as warranties on some items may be honoured overseas.
Consumer Dispute Resolution
Tourists who have complaints about retailers or supplies should reach out to the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). If you’re a citizen or resident, reach out to the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE). CASE is a nonprofit that provides guidance, educational materials, and mediation services to help resolve consumer complaints and disputes. While it explicitly does not assist in disputes, the Singaporean Competition & Consumer Commission (CCCS) also offers some useful resources for consumers.
Online Shopping
These days, you’re most likely to find the best deal on online marketplaces. Unfortunately, shopping online always carries a certain level of risk, particularly if you’re dealing with an unknown seller. Exercise caution and only buy valuable items from reputable websites and sellers. Check customer reviews, compare prices, and ensure that the website is secure before making any payments. As with real-world transactions, be aware of the return policies and hidden fees for your online purchases.
Counterfeit Goods
Singapore has strict laws against the sale of counterfeit goods. Nonetheless, the market for these goods is large and there is no shortage of sellers willing to put up with the risks of getting caught.
While buying counterfeit goods for personal use is not illegal, you should avoid them anyway, even if the price seems too good to be true. These goods not only tend to have poor quality but the proceeds of their sale are often used to fund illegal activities all over the world. Additionally, you will have no legal protection should these goods fail prematurely or cause harm.
An Informed Shopper Is a Safe Shopper
Hopefully, this list will empower you to make informed decisions when shopping in Singapore. Remember to be vigilant, do your research, and assert your rights when necessary. By being an informed consumer, you’ll be more likely to enjoy a fantastic shopping experience in the Lion City.

5 Best Picnic Mats to Buy Singapore [Shopping Guide]
Singapore may be known for its world-class restaurants and bars, but it also boasts some great spots for outdoor picnics. But no picnic is complete without the right gear, and the most important one is a picnic mat or blanket.
So in this article, we have listed and reviewed the best picnic mats in Singapore. Whether you’re just looking for a sheet for yourself and your partner or the whole family or group of friends, you’ll find plenty of variety. Of course, the more people in your picnic, the larger the mat or sheet you’d need.
Things to Consider When Buying a Picnic Mat
To help you make your decision quick and easy, here are some key points to keep in mind when buying a mat for outdoor picnics:
Material
The most important thing is the material of the mat. These mats or blankets are typically made of synthetic materials like polyester or polyurethane. However, some may be more durable than others.
Aside from the material, also pay attention to the thickness of the mat. Does it have some kind of padding or filling? If you want more comfort, you want it to be slightly padded to provide some support. This is all the more relevant for people with hip or lower back pain who may find sitting on the ground uncomfortable.
Water Resistance
It should be waterproof, or at least water-resistant, to ensure protection from wet ground or grass. This would ensure that you don’t feel uncomfortable while sitting on a damp surface. It also guarantees that the mat won’t get damaged by water or moisture.
Portability
The picnic sheet should be easy to fold and carry. Luckily, most of these mats are designed to fold seamlessly, with built-in carry handles. All you need to do is fold it, roll it, and use the straps to tie it and carry it. Ideally, it should take less space once folded all the way. This way, you can easily fit it in a backpack.
Size
As there are several size options for most picnic mats, you have to choose according to the number of people who will be lounging on the mat. A small mat, say 140 cm in length, may be sufficient for one or two people. However, for three people or more, you need a mat that’s at least 200 cm in length and 150 cm in width.
Now that you know what to look for when buying a picnic mat, here are our top picks for the 5 best picnic mats in Singapore [2025 review].

But that’s not all; it’s also abrasion-resistant and may last for years with proper care. With a quilted construction, the mat is thick and provides some insulation from the ground. In other words, sitting and lying for hours is comfortable.
The size is 140 x 170 cm, ample for a small family. It weighs just 650 grams, so pretty easy to transport and carry with you. Quechua is a well-known brand for top-of-the-line recreational gear. Quality is a given with this brand.

The Role of Feng Shui in Interior Design in Singapore
The ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui aims to harmonize individuals with their environment, and its principles have been widely applied to interior design to create a balanced and comfortable living space. The principles of Feng Shui are particularly useful in Singapore, where living spaces are often small and cramped. In this case, Feng Shui can help to create a sense of calm and relaxation.
The Role of Furniture Placement, Natural Elements, and Colors
The placement of furniture, objects, and decor is crucial in interior design based on Feng Shui, as energy flows through the environment. Clutter can obstruct the flow of chi, causing stagnant energy and negative vibes, so it is recommended to keep the space tidy and organized. Chi (also spelt qi) refers to the vital life force or energy that flows through all living things.
Natural elements such as water features, plants, and natural materials like wood and stone are often used in interior design to bring balance to a space. Incorporating plants and natural materials into the home can also help to bring a bit of nature indoors in Singapore where green spaces are limited.
Colors play a significant role in Feng Shui interior design. Different colors are believed to have different effects on energy flow, with red promoting passion and excitement and blue associated with calm and relaxation. It is essential to consider the energy flow and mood when choosing colors for each space.
Tips and Considerations
In Singapore, incorporating Feng Shui principles into modern homes can be challenging. However, with careful planning, it is possible. Tips for a modern Feng Shui design include using natural materials, plants, and water features, promoting flow, minimizing clutter, and choosing mood-enhancing colors. By embracing Feng Shui, you can create a beautiful and functional space that promotes overall well-being. When designing a new home or updating your current living space, it is important to consider these principles to create a peaceful and balanced environment.
Feng Shui is a way of life, and many of its rules are simply common sense. For example, sitting with a door behind you can feel uneasy as you don’t know who is going to open the door behind you. Similarly, sitting in front of the door can also feel uncomfortable. The same uneasiness applies to having your bed directly in front of the door.
To address this, it’s wiser to have a screen to create a nice transition from one space to another instead of having a door opening straight to a space nakedly and overlooking the window, forming a direct loss of energy. Another example of a Feng Shui rule is that a mirror facing a door can scare the soul. By incorporating these principles into your home design, you can create a more harmonious and peaceful space that promotes good energy flow and overall well-being.
If you are seeking to design your spaces with Feng Shui principles, look no further than AR-kee design studio. They excel in creating harmonious environments by seamlessly incorporating Feng Shui principles into their work.

5 Best Sunglasses to Buy in Singapore [Shopping Guide]
If you live in Singapore, you already know the weather can be unpredictable. As a country with a tropical climate, there are days when it rains non-stop, and then there are days when the sun shines bright. And when it does, you want to be sporting some stylish sunglasses that also provide protection from ultraviolet (UV) rays.
Of course, there are many options out there, both affordable and luxury. But if you’re after some sunnies that provide reliable protection and will stand the test of time, you’ll need to do some research. This buying guide with the top 5 sunglasses in Singapore [2025 review] will save you time and effort to research.
While you can find many eyewear brands and designs in Singapore, we have chosen timeless sunglasses from well-known international and local brands. But before we get to the best sunglasses in Singapore, let’s cover what you should know.
Things to Consider When Buying Sunglasses
Here are the main factors to consider when looking for your next pair of sunglasses:
UV protection
Although sunglasses can accentuate your look as a fashion accessory, the main purpose of wearing them is to protect your eyes from UV rays. Look for sunglasses that offer 100 per cent (400 nm absorption) of UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays penetrate deeper and are more harmful.
UV protection is necessary for preventing eye damage. Overexposure of eyes to the sun can cause macular degeneration, among other vision problems.
Polarisation
Polarised sunglasses have a special chemical coating that filters and blocks light. More importantly, polarised lenses in sunglasses reduce glare, which is caused by the reflection of sunlight.
Polarised lenses offer 100 per cent UV and glare protection. Such sunglasses are typically more expensive than those with lenses embedded with UV protection.
Lens material and color/tint
Lenses in sunglasses are usually made of glass or plastic. The latter is more common because of its low cost and durability. Glass lenses are heavy and can scratch or shatter more easily.
Aside from the material, pay attention to the tint of the lens. The lens tint impacts light transmission, i.e., the amount of light that passes through the lens. Lens tint also impacts colour perception and contrast.
- Grey tint offers neutral colour perception.
- Green tint is also neutral with low light transmission (good for both sunny and low light conditions).
- Brown or amber tints enhance color contrast (ideal for low light conditions).
- Pink or rose tints block blue light while also increasing contrast.
- Blue tint improves colour perception by improving contours of objects.
Frame material and shape
One of the most distinguishing factors in sunglasses is the frame’s shape. Rectangle and round frames are common, but there are many variations. Some are more elongated, while some are large. Even shapes like hexagons are popular.
The frame shape is a personal preference. That said, rectangular or square frames may offer more coverage.
Consider your face shape when choosing the frame style. Rectangular styles suit most faces, whereas round styles are better for angular faces.
Frames are typically made of metal or plastic (acetate or nylon). While metal frames are durable, they can be heavy. In comparison, plastic frames are quite lightweight.
Prescription or non-prescription
If you require prescription glasses to see clearly, you have to take that into consideration. Fortunately, many brands offer prescription lenses for sunglasses.
Otherwise, you’ll need to invest in a pair that you can comfortably wear over your prescription glasses.
Comfort and fit
Pay attention to parts like the nose bridge and temples of the sunglasses because these will determine how they fit. Poorly fitting sunglasses can cause discomfort. Check the dimensions, such as nose bridge and temple length, to understand how they will fit.
Now that you know how to buy sunglasses, here are our top picks:

5 Best Rice Cookers to Buy in Singapore [Shopping Guide]
Rice is a common and a must in almost every Asian household. Singaporeans love to consume rice, and is a staple food that you will find in many of the meals. Cooking rice might seem like an easy task, but cooking perfectly is not always easy. Sometimes the rice might get burnt or stick to the pot. That is why there are rice cookers. Rice cookers make the routine of cooking rice efficient and perfect.
However, there are various types of rice cookers in the market. It isn’t obvious to pick the best one. There are rice cookers that have digital displays and even intelligent features now. Even with so many new features, choosing a rice cooker that cooks rice evenly and is not burnt or mushy is essential.
You are on the right page if you are looking for the perfect and innovative rice cooker.
WHAT ARE THE THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING A RICE COOKER?
Capacity
You should pick a rice cooker depending on how much it can cook at one time. The amount of rice you need depends on the size of your household. Purchasing a rice cooker that matches your needs on a daily basis will be beneficial. For example, if you are living alone, a small cooker will be perfect for you. You should also note that cooking 1 or 2 cups of rice in a 10-cup rice cooker can give you mixed results.
Features
The features of a rice cooker can vary depending on the model. Overall, there are standard and multipurpose cookers. The standard cooker only cooks rice. They have a one-touch operation feature and automatically move to the keep warm mode after the rice is cooked.
Multipurpose cookers have more features. They are more expensive compared to standard rice cookers. Multipurpose ones need less supervision. You can select the standard version if you just want to cook rice.
There are rice cookers coming with fuzzy logic or micom technology. Rice cookers come with an inbuilt logic and AI that makes the rice cooker cook the rice on its own without setting specific parameters. A micom technology or fuzzy logic cooker will adjust the temperature and cooking time accordingly. For example, if the rice is wet, the cooker will adjust the temperature to cook the rice for more time.
Design
A rice cooker should be easy to clean. Since you will use it almost daily, a rice cooker with a detachable lid will be beneficial.
A rice cooker with a round shape will help with keeping your rice warm. Also, the cooker should be easy to use.
Quality
Choose a rice cooker that is of high quality, even if it is expensive. High-quality cookers will last longer; you do not have to change them frequently.
Also, high-quality cookers come with extended warranty coverage.
These are the most important aspects to look at while purchasing a rice cooker. Even if you are buying a new model with a high-technology rice cooker, you must look out for these elements.

To visit this beautiful country, getting a visa is an essential part of the travel planning process. This also applies to Dubai residents who want to travel to Singapore. However, your Singapore visa is significantly impacted by whether you are a UAE resident or citizen. The visa application process might seem difficult, but with the understanding of the basics and advanced planning, it can be made much simpler. Take the help of this guide on a Singapore visa from Dubai which will answer most of your doubts. So, let’s start right away!
Singapore Visa – An Overview
Before you start deciding on which activities in Singapore to add to your itinerary and make other travel arrangements for a holiday in this charming destination, you need to acquire a valid Singapore visa. For anyone travelling to Singapore, a visa has to be procured based on the citizenship of the traveller. A Singapore visa serves as a pre-approval for anyone visiting Singapore and intending to stay for a period of time. The visa holder is required to leave the country once the duration is over.
The type of Singapore visa depends on the purpose of the visitor for which he or she is arriving to stay in Singapore. For tourism purposes, a Social Visa is issued to the visitor. A Singapore visa is tagged as ‘pre-entry permission for the holder to seek entry into Singapore.’ A ‘Singapore visit pass’ issued at the point of entry determines the validity of your stay in the country, and it is separate from the validity of the Singapore visa. A Singapore visa can be a single-entry visa or a multiple-entry visa. The Singapore visa validity cannot be amended once it is issued.
How to Apply for a Singapore Visa from Dubai?
First and foremost, you need to find out if you need to apply for a Singapore visa. If you are a UAE citizen, you need not apply for a pre-approved Singapore visa. However, if you are a foreigner residing in the UAE and have a valid UAE visa or a residential ID, you must apply for a Singapore visa before you arrive in Singapore if your nationality falls under the visa-no-exempt category.
Secondly, you must check if your passport is valid for the next six months after you get entry into Singapore. Verifying that your passport is valid is a crucial step to getting a Singapore visa. Next, approach a competent Singapore visa consultant who will guide you to fill out your Singapore Visa application completely and accurately.
Documents Required for Singapore Visa
It is important to submit the correct documents along with the application form. Photocopies of the passport biodata page should be attached. Additionally, you must submit a recent passport-size photo that complies with the visa photo requirements and was taken against a white background.
A completely filled V39A form – Letter of Introduction should also be submitted for visa processing. This form must be completed and signed by a local contact in Singapore who is at least 21 years old, a citizen, or a permanent resident of the nation. Complete information about Singapore’s local contact should be included in this letter. Depending on the applicant’s nationality, a Letter of Invitation may be required.
You will also need to submit the following documents in addition to those listed above:
- A recent salary certificate from the employer, no older than one month, detailing the applicant’s employment and salary information. If the applicant is self-employed or a business owner, the company’s letterhead should include information about the applicant’s position and the source of the funding.
- Flight ticket details and accommodation details.
- Any additional paperwork that may be required, including birth certificates and NOC letters for minors, and proof of vaccination if necessary, to name a few.
Visa Processing Time And Visa Fee
Usually, the processing time of Singapore Visa is around a week, excluding the non-working days and the day the visa application is submitted. There can be delays if additional documentation is requested. The visa application processing fee is SGD 30 per visa, which will be calculated using the current exchange rate at the time of submission. The visa agencies also charge a service fee of AED 65 for each visa. A visa fee once paid is non-refundable. This step should not be missed as SG Arrival Card is an important document you should present at the immigration counter along with your visa and other travel documents.

5 Best Safety Shoes to Buy in Singapore [Shopping Guide]
Safety is a must in certain jobs like construction, manufacturing, and electrical. Accidents can happen, but the right protective gear can help prevent injuries. Safety shoes prevent workplace injury for feet and provide benefits like better traction and support for those long shifts.
Buying safety shoes for work requires research and deliberation because you want to get reliable shoes and not waste your money. After all, these shoes can be expensive. If you’re looking for the best safety shoes in Singapore, we’ve made your decision easier by finding the top five choices [2025 review].
But before we get to the list, it’s important to talk about safety shoes, their benefits, and what you should consider when buying them.
Safety Shoe Types
Safety shoes are typically of two types: boots and trainers. Safety boots are more common as they have a high-top or mid-cut top that adds protection for ankles.
Safety trainers have a more casual look and lean more towards comfort, making them ideal for tradesmen or delivery drivers, who travel for work often and spend less time in dangerous conditions. However, as casual as they may look, these are not like average trainers and are equipped with safety features.
On the other hand, safety boots are sturdier and often have more safety features meeting international standards set for safety shoes. These are suitable for construction, metalwork, electrical work, operating heavy machinery, and working with hydrocarbons or chemicals.
Safety Shoe Features to Look For
This is the most important consideration because the features of the shoes will tell you how safe, reliable, and comfortable the shoes are. There are various safety features in these shoes. Not every model may have all of them. However, the more safety features there are, the safer the shoe will be.
Here are the main features to look out for:
- Slip-Resistant Outsole: Safety shoes feature slip-resistant outsole, typically made of rubber, that can provide traction on different surfaces, including wet or oily, and prevent falls. It should ideally be tested for slip resistance.
- Steel toe cap: This is a common feature in safety shoes but is still worth paying attention to. The steel toe cap can withstand impact, for example, a heavy object falling on the foot.
- Shock absorption: The outsole, midsole, or insole should offer a high level of shock absorption. This depends on the material the sole is made from and the amount of cushioning.
- Comfortable insole: The insole on most safety shoes is removable. It should provide arch support, especially if you’re on your feet for most of the day.
- Durable, breathable upper: The upper may be made from leather or synthetic materials. Both materials can provide adequate protection if they are high quality. Overall, the upper should be durable and offer some breathability for air circulation.
- Waterproofing: Not all shoes are waterproof, so if you work outdoors and need them, make sure they are labeled as waterproof. Waterproof shoes have water-resistant uppers and sealed seams and joints.
- Anti-static: If you work with electricity outdoors or indoors, the shoes should be anti-static (prevent electric shock).
Safety Shoe Standards
There are standards for safety shoes that ensure that the shoes comply with the requirements and have been tested for them. This is an easy way to ensure you’re buying reliable safety boots.
The standard for work safety shoes followed globally, including in Singapore, is ISO 20345. According to this standard, all safety shoes must have impact protection of at least 200 joules force (20 kg weight dropped from 1.02 meters) and compression resistance of at least 15 KN (1.5 tonnes).
Under the ISO 20345 standard, there are different categories, depending on the features and protection they provide. These include S1, S1P, S2, S3, S4, and S5.
