At our very first home in Bukit Timah, Chef Alan Lee presents an intimate 7-course dinner to mark 22 years of Greenwood Fish Market. Journey through GFM’s finest — from ebi with Amur caviar to Krystale oysters, scallops, and house-smoked salmon. Choose whatever floats your boat: Dungeness crab, Spanish octopus, or Cloudy Bay clams. Then, a main of A5 Wagyu, blue lobster, king crab claypot rice, or John Dory. End on a sweet note with a warm cinnamon apple fritter or delicate cheesecake.
