BREAST LIFT SERVICES:

Also known as mastopexy, a breast lift is surgically performed to correct cases of sagging breasts where the nipple drops to the chest. Colin Tham plastic surgery offers 2 types of breast lift services:

1. Breast Implant

This is frequently performed on mothers after breastfeeding. They suffer a loss of volume which results in a mild sagging of the breasts. To correct this, teardrop-shaped implants are used. As they are inserted, the nipple is rotated upwards. There is little visible scarring, as the scar is tucked into the breast fold.

2. Breast Lift Surgery

Where there is severe sagging, the clinic performs breast lifting by making incisions and removing excess skin. The drawback of this procedure is that it results in visible scars. However, these fade over time. The recovery time is 2-4 days.
