Grade Solution Learning Centre was established as Intellicat Tuition School in 1998. The name was later changed to reflect the centre's new teaching philosophy, which focuses more on a concept-based approach.

The centre is led by a team of three experts: Andy Ling, Jimmy Ling, and Jerry Lee. In addition to their work at Grade Solution, each of these educators has founded their own online learning site, specializing in Science, Math, and English, respectively.

Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Grade Solution Learning Centre, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for success in the classroom and beyond.
