• Clean console and electronics
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Vacuum sofa
• Wipe down surfaces

BEDROOM

• Wash and change bed sheets
• Floors mopped and vacuumed
• Dust dresser and side tables
• Windows wiped

KITCHEN

• Washing of dishes
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Clean stove and countertop
• Surfaces wiped down
• Trash emptied

BATHROOM

• Toilet bowl scrubbed
• Bathtubs scrubbed and wiped
• Towels folded and hung
• Mirrors shined
• Mop and dry floors
• Clean sinks
• Wipe faucets

PRICES:

Weekly cleaning (4x/month):

HDB

• 3-room: S$75 (S$25 x 3 hours)/session, S$300 for 4 sessions
• 4-room & above: S$88 (S$22 x 4 hours)/session, S$352 for 4 sessions

Condominium

• 2 bedrooms and below: S$75 (S$25 x 3 hours)/session, $300 for 4 sessions
• 3 bedrooms: S$88 (S$22 x 4 hours)/session, S$352 for 4 sessions

House

• Per 1000 sq. ft.: S$75 (S$25 x 3 hours)

One-off cleaning:

HDB

• 3-room: S$81 (S$27 x 3 hours)/session
• 4-room & above: S$108 (S$27 x 4 hours)/session

Condominium

• 2 bedrooms and below: S$81 (S$27 x 3 hours)/session
• 3 bedrooms: S$108 (S$27 x 4 hours)/session

House

• Per 1000 sq. ft.: S$81 (S$27 x 3 hours)
