PRICE LIST

• Restorative Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning: Commercial– from 15 to 25 cts psf (minimum S$280); Residential – 50 to 80 cts psf (min. S$150); Rugs – S$3 to S$5 psf (min. S$100); Upholstery from S$50 per seater; Staircase from S$150 onwards
• Vinyl Polishing – 50 to 80 cts psf (minimum S$500)
• Marble Polishing – S$1.5 to S$2 psf (min. S$500)
• Parquet Sand and Vanish – S$1.5 to S$2 psf (min. S$500); Staircase Service starts from S$500
• General Cleaning starts at S$500
• Carpet Supply and Installation costs depend on the area and the floor covering\’s type
• The price of Disinfecting (Anti-Virus) Service is subject to the assessment
