  • Le Fleur de Sel is located in an old shop house along Tras Street in Singapore. Owned by Chef Alexandre Lozachmeur, formerly of Spoon restaurants and Au Plaza Athénée, the restaurant serves traditional French cuisine with a contemporary twist, driven by Chef Alexandre's love for French cooking.

    LOOK & FEEL:Le Fleur de Sel can be described as both sophisticated and functional. The open-concept kitchen takes center stage, giving diners Chef’s Table experience as they watch Chef Alex in action up close. The main dining room is modern and elegant, with a capacity of up to 30 guests, while the private dining room can seat up to 10 people.

     MENU: Chef Alex constantly updates the menu to make the most of seasonal ingredients. He serves classic French cuisine prepared in a light and modern style, leaving enough room in your stomach for more of what Le Fleur de Sel has to offer.
