  • JAG is an award-winning restaurant in Singapore that serves contemporary French cuisine. It was founded in 2018 by friends, Chef Jeremy Gillon and Restaurateur Anant Tyagi.

    The restaurant is known for its vegetable-centric discovery menu and other recipes that cater to different dietary preferences.

    • Consistent Michelin-star awardee: JAG earned its first Michelin Star within one year of opening its doors in Singapore. Since then, it has consistently earned a Michelin Star for four years in a row.
    • A mix of local produce and French herbs: The culinary team at JAG is passionate about using locally-produced ingredients from sustainable sources, and they incorporate wild-foraged herbs from the French Alps to give their dishes a French flair.
    • Accommodates various dietary inclinations: At JAG, no two dishes are exactly alike thanks to the Discovery Degustation Menu approach, which allows the chef to create bespoke recipes that adapt to guests’ dietary restrictions and preferences.

    LOOK & FEEL: JAG doesn’t have the typical plush interiors that you might expect from a French fine-dining restaurant. Instead, it has a cozy, family restaurant vibe that’s reminiscent of Europe. With only six tables, the restaurant can accommodate up to 16 guests per service.

    MENU: The menu heavily features seasonal vegetables, herbs, and seafood. Don’t fret if you are not a fan of vegetables. You’ll be amazed at how Chef Jeremy cleverly transforms the season’s harvest into culinary delights that would make you reconsider eating your greens. Just let the staff know if you have any food allergies or restrictions so that you will have a unique dining experience made especially for you.
