F9 TO A1 ACADEMY was founded in 2004 by Nelson Leow Whatt Wei, who is one of the top PSLE Math and O-Level A.Math & E.Math tutors in Singapore. Boosting the highest academic qualifications of a Master Degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University [NTU] with scholarships from NTU & GlobalFoundries, Nelson’s ability to simplify the most challenging Math problem sums and helping students understand Math concepts within seconds resulted in students performing to their maximum potential.

His students’ results displayed on his website are proof of his teaching capabilities! Results include AL1 PSLE Math & Science Results; Admission into Gifted Education Program by MOE; Best In Math Award and F9 to A1 O-Level A.Math & E.Math Results since 2004.
