    Watch Singapore’s adopted home team, HITO-Communications SUNWOLVES, battles it out with South Africa’s BULLS at the highly-anticipated Super Rugby event! The Singapore stop is scheduled as the 17th-round match between the two teams.

    Super Rugby is a professional men’s rugby union football competition that is played by teams from Japan, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. It started as Super Six, referring to the six teams that participated in 1986. It later expanded to Super 14 before becoming Super Rugby. The league currently has 15 teams. This year, Japan’s Mitsubishi Estate Company Limited (MEC) bagged the title sponsorship.

     

  • Yoga Fiesta SG 2018

    Celebrate International Yoga Day with Yoga Fiesta SG 2018! This is Singapore’s first ever yoga fusion event that promises a whole day of fun and exciting activities for yogis in Singapore.

    The whole-day line-up includes Paul Grilley’s Flying Dragon led by celebrity trainer Jo Phee and Dance Yoga with Bill Calhoun.     Held in conjunction with Earth Day 2018, be a part of this global movement by making a small, yet powerful effort to reduce carbon emission through Earth Day Run Challenge 2018 presented by Royal Sporting House, a one-day event that challenges you to run as far as you can and minimise carbon emission at the same time.

  • Under Armour Test Of Will 2018

    The annual urban fitness challenge, Test of Will, returns for its third edition on 7 and 8 April 2018 at Ngee Ann City in Singapore. Organized by high performance sportswear label Under Armour, the event celebrates human performance through intense functional training challenges for the most determined athletes, goal-getters and fitness aspirants.

    The highlight of this year’s Test of Will challenge includes the introduction of three age categories to level the playing field (18-34 years, 35-44 years, and 45+ years).

    Dialling up the intensity from last year, 2018 participants will compete in an all new four-minute circuit challenge – Over and Under (Hurdle), Deadball Squats, Kettlebell Farmer Walks and Bear Crawls – that will test their strength, endurance and power. Each competitor will be scored based on the maximum number of correct repetitions they can achieve within 60 seconds.

    The Top 3 male and female athletes in each category will receive a limited-edition Test of Will 2018 medal. This year’s Singapore Test of Will champions (male and female) who achieve the highest overall score will walk away with a cash prize of SGD1,288 each.

    Under Armour has also recently launched its latest training apparel and footwear collections, Threadborne™ Vanish, engineered with its signature Threadborne™ technology leading up to the Singapore heats; to equip participants with the gear to train and compete at the highest level.

    Participants are encouraged to study the training guide for specific movement standards and tips to maximise their performance. They can also sign up for the Test of Will 2018 Training Camp, a brand-new training program from TripleFit consisting of group classes that are designed to refine technique and give them the fitness and game plan to tackle this year’s challenge with confidence.

  • Roar of Singapore IV: The Night of Champions

    Boxing fans in Singapore have something to look forward to this April! Roar of Singapore IV: The Night of Champions will feature local boxing favorite, the unbeaten Muhamad “The Chosen Wan” Ridhwan, who will battle it out with 23-year old Jeson Umbal of the Philippines for the IBO Intercontinental Featherweight Title. The winner of this bout will be one step closer to a shot for world title.

    For the first time in Singapore, WBC No. 12 Michael Dasmarinas of the Philippines will fight WBC No. 4 Karim Guerfi of France for the vacant IBO World Title.

    Completing the triple-header event will be Mirage Khan of Malaysia, who will challenge Chase “Hellboy” Haley of New Zealand for his IBO Oceania Title. The winner of the two will also earn the WBC Asia Boxing Council Light Heavyweight Title.

    Roar of Singapore IV: The Night of Champions is promoted by Ringstar Management Pte Ltd. headed by multi-awarded former boxer, Scott Farell.

  • Run for Light 2018

    Run for a worthy cause by joining Run for Light 2018! This running event encourages individuals to be a guiding light in the community. Its chosen beneficiary is Guide Dogs Singapore, an organization that helps enable the visually impaired.

    Aside from the 10-km and 5-km run, the event also includes a blindfold walk where one team member leads a blindfolded partner as they walk through the 1-km course.

  • OCBC Cycle Singapore 2017

    OCBC Cycle is Singapore’s biggest mass cycling event. It is a fun way for kids and adults to break some sweat as they ride safely around the heart of the city.     Rise against racism by joining the Orange Ribbon Walk! Participants will walk 3.8 kilometres along Singapore’s famous landmarks as the sun sets over Marina Bay. Orange Ribbon Walk is organized by OnePeople.sg.

  • Battle of the Masters

    Watch the Singapore Masters, Arsenal Masters and Liverpool Masters vie for football supremacy at the Battle of the Masters. The three teams will play against each other in a round-robin format of 40-minute matches. Fans will get a chance to watch football superstars like Fandi Ahmad, Aleksander Duric, Robert Pirès, Nigel Winterburn, Steve McManaman and David James in action.

    The Finals of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) is coming back to Singapore for its 4th year. Tennis fans will get to watch the top 8 singles and doubles players in the world compete for the grand prize.
