  • One of the oldest French restaurants in Singapore, L’Angelus is a well-known name in the restaurant industry. It does classic French food like no other, serving French cuisine staples like foie gras, duck confit, and escargots made with premium-quality ingredients.

Starting in 1998, it has maintained the same quality of taste and service that has earned it the reputation of being the best traditional French restaurant in the country.

    Highlights

    • Authentic French taste with high-quality ingredients:  The restaurant serves authentic and traditional French cuisine, with dishes made from premium ingredients sourced from various places, including France. From eclectic charcuterie to tasty caviar and snails in clay pots, it offers all the classic French staples that one could desire.
    • Vintage and romantic ambiance with artifacts:  Decorated with vintage posters, floral arrangements, and traditional French artifacts, the restaurant transports you to the Parisian cafes of the 90s. The classic charm of L’Angelus has been carefully maintained over the years, paying homage to the City of Love.
    • Amazing variety in the A la Carte menu: While L’Angelus offers set lunch and all-time meal options, its a la carte menu is the real star. Celebrating French culinary culture, the menu features classics like Foie-Gras Terrine, innovative dishes like Risotto with octopus leg, and sharing platters like Le Chateaubriand, a beef filet served with sides, sauce, and wine.

LOOK & FEEL: The decor and ambiance at Aether House are reminiscent of vintage cafes in Paris and perhaps even the famous salons from back in the day, providing a warm, homely feel that’s perfect for date nights and family dinners.
