The name says it all! This is my go-to store for winter clothes because of their affordable prices and wide selection of items. Last year, I was able to buy a windbreaker for S$19! Winter Time

Winter Time is known for its annual year-end sale that can give you as much as 80% in discounts! Parkas and jackets can go as low as S$29 while accessories can be bought at S$8. That’s surely a lot of savings! Winter Time sells winter clothes for men, women, and children so it is a good option if you are planning to shop for the whole family. You can shop at their online store or visit any of their branches at IMM,  Northpoint City, Vivo City, Parkway Parade, or Changi City Point.

Decathlon

Decathlon is primarily a sporting goods store where you can also buy durable outfits and gears for winter sports like skiing and hiking. Their prices are already affordable as they are but they can even go lower during their annual Black Friday sale. A friend of mine just bought a thermal vest for S$15 at Decathlon! There are items for kids and adults alike so check it out if your family is planning to go on a winter getaway. You can find Decathlon Experience stores at Orchard Road, City Square, Singapore Lab, Bedok, and Joo Koon. Decathlon also has Click & Collect stores at Tampines, Punggol, Novena, Chinatown, Tiong Bahru, Holland Village, and Sembawang.
